1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Faces by Gauri Makeup Artist (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Studio”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Faces by Gauri Makeup Artist.
2. Services Offered
The Studio provides professional beauty services including bridal packages, party makeup, Arabic makeup, hairstyling, salon services, nail art, and coaching.
Service details are on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Booking and Appointments
3.1 Booking Methods
Appointments can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person. Online bookings require a valid email and mobile number.
3.2 Deposit & Advance Payment
For bridal bookings over INR 10,000, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Balance is payable on the service day.
3.3 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed instantly when made through our website. A confirmation will be sent to you.
3.4 Multiple Slots
Clients may book multiple slots on the same day. Each slot is a separate booking.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation by Client
Notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours.
4.2 Rescheduling
Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty, subject to availability.
4.3 Cancellation by Studio
If cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or rescheduling.
4.4 No-Show
No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. Confirmed bookings honour the quoted price.
We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and cards where available.
6. On-Location Services
Travel charges are separate and calculated based on venue location. A quote will be provided at booking.
The client is responsible for providing adequate space, lighting, and seating.
7. Health, Safety, and Allergies
Inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before your appointment. Patch tests can be arranged.
We follow strict hygiene protocols including sanitisation between clients.
8. Intellectual Property
We may take photographs for portfolio and marketing. Inform us if you prefer not to be photographed.
All website content is our intellectual property unless otherwise credited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for adverse reactions when standard practices are followed.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or failure to disclose medical information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Punjab, India.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
12.2 Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
12.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
